All orders $99 and over shipped to a destination within the Continental United States (lower 48 states) are shipped FREE of charge, even bulk items! Orders are processed and shipped usually within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
As always, you can select a faster shipping method during checkout for additional expense. We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, eCommerce and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice. Tracking numbers will be provided so you may track them from our store to your door.
Even though your order is processed to your card immediately, there are RARE occasions where we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order, especially during the delayed days of Covid. We will notify you if we determine your order is delayed within 1-2 business days once we process the order. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard Shipping: With our standard shipping, you should receive your products within 3-8 business days from the day the order is processed. (If you order before 5 pm EST your order will be processed same day).
Expedited Ground Shipping: With our expedited ground shipping, you should receive your products within 3-5 business days from the day the order is processed. (If you order before 5 pm EST your order will be processed same day).
PO Box Shipping: Sorry, we DO NOT ship items to a PO Box.
The typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days. However, you may receive your items much earlier. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
